Fixture Operation
- Hot and cold flow at every faucet and fixture
- Proper pressure at each fixture
- No leaks at visible connections
- Toilets fill and stop correctly
Inspections and Records
- Required inspections completed and documented
- Records of the work, materials, and scope
- Any warranty or follow-up information in writing
- Confirmation of what was and wasn't included
Restoration and Follow-Up
Review the wall patching and surface restoration that was included in the scope. Confirm that openings are patched and that any agreed finishing is complete or scheduled.
Ask about the follow-up process — how to report an issue after the walkthrough and how it's handled — before the project closes.
